Under 24 hours until the game launches!

Steams release time atm is around 3pm BST hopefully this will change but no one not even frontier know for sure beyond saying its a global release.

hahahahaha if steam purchasers have to wait 12 hours longer than everyone else then its not a global release. Global release means that everyone gets it at the same time.

Yeah exactly but it seems pc are being done over by the way steam works unless frontier tell them they want a midnight release

Seems like Frontier hate PC users this time. Late release. No True Sandbox (Creative Mode =/= Sandbox.) to keep the management fans playing.

Steam says 1 day 4 hours... so: Tuesday, 12 June 2018, 04:00:00. Not sure how that's a "late release."

Curious how "no true sandbox" = hating PC users, or what it has to do with the topic of this thread.

Game being released over a day later than everyone else is much later than everyone else. Some people get the game in 7 hours. If i had known that by being a steam user i'd get ****ed into waiting another day to play it i'd have bought it from somewhere else. But Frontier stated a global release time. Which was the 12th of June on midnight. (so you can probably understand how im annoyed by that. If not then you dont need to comment at all)

So that means i have to avoid this webpage and reddit in particular coz im not interested in seeing others play. That'd be just a slap in the face with the time i have to sit and wait.

Next time Frontier, Dont use the words "Global Release".

Whilst speaking under correction, the only mention of a global release I can find is this: "Jurassic World Evolution will launch globally on June 12, 2018 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One."
This tells me that everyone will get it on the 12th, so something to bear in mind here is that some people will be on the 12th before you and I; which might explain why some are reporting different ETA's.

But like i said, some people are getting it today on the 11th. Thats not a global release date. Thats different release dates. Earliest who get it get it in 7 hours. After those, midnight, and then its steam tomorrow 15:00 GMT.

Thats all over the bloody place and on different dates even. So you're not getting much done here by defending Frontier.

Surprised no reviews out then? So I'm guessing FD must not be allowing reviews until the game's release?

So excited for this game now! Jurassic Park: Operation Genisis is one of my all time favourite games and I haven’t really player any park mangment games since either that or RollerCoast Tycoon 3! Can’t wait to get stuck into it tomorrow after work and build my dream park!

It may be the 11th for you, but some countries are hours ahead of you. For example, Australia is ahead of South Africa. It's 12:56:21 here. In Sydney, it's 20:56:21. So when that clock strikes midnight, it's the 12th in Sydney, but I'm still on the 11th.
Like wise, New York City? They're currently approaching 7am.
This is not a global release, it's released globally. There is a very big difference here. Released globally means everyone gets it on the date specified. I.e: 12th June. Global release (as we know it) means everyone gets it at the same time, same day regardless of location or timezone. Yes, that means folks in Aus will get it before folks in South Africa, or UK or Europe.

The issue here is, I believe, with Frontier's wording.

I'm defending the accusation of a "late release" which this most assuredly is not. It's slated for the 12th, it's being released on the 12th.

12 hours to go... Might as well be 18 cos it goes live the moment I set off for work.

Tomorrow I'm gonna be sprinting home lol.
