It’s crazy to hear all these ganking horror stories on this forum. I’ve no doubt they are true but I’ve been playing open only for about a year now and have only been interdicted once while fighting goids (and they RPed it well to boot. Damn bug worshippers...). Admittedly I do not actively partake in PP but am pledged most of the time to get the equipment. So aside from that one interdiction every single one of my player encounters has been pleasant. Crazy how that works out

I need to say that imo OP is one from the best advertisements for "Open" mode which I'd saw here during all these years when I'm playing Elite

I have tasted both cookies in PG and Open with the former guaranteed "safe for consumption" but not always with the latter ones.

I don't know the correct terminology, I think its "Latency". But due to my antiquatited internet connection I can't handle any more than two and or three the latter being only sometimes in open. Without crashing or server disconects what ever there called. Thus I now switched from strickly solo to open, and becasue of all the crashes, switched again to strickly private. Thus I'm still in open, but its restricted access to me and any one other I choose, most often my son.

But I do like cookies and willing to take a chance on getting shot in the face but I also have one concern. I wondering, and at my age it's important. Are the gluten free?

I have a mate in Wales who has the same problem.
He and I can team up in a PG fine, but the moment he gets a 3rd person in Open Mode his game disconnects.

Lucky for us Frontier made the game so all modes acces the game content. So we can still be a part of the bigger picture even if we are in Solo.
