Better off with an offline, single-player game IMO. Frontier is definitely losing my support.

I tried to pick up a mission and that's when it went wonky for me.

Spinning ship and then cannot connect to adjudication server. This over and over.

In reality I am not able to check new content day two now, and I am playing other games until player population is halved so server structure can handle it.

Same. Need to be patient I suppose, but ATM can't even get onto the live server (i.e. no "start"). Hope this is not a page out of the 2.3 update (around that time anyway) when CMDRs randomly couldn't get connected for ages.

I was talking to jesters ink on discord and he said he was just about to download the update, soon as he started the download the server died. Blame Jesters Ink

I'm guessing this isn't what they mean by "we can scale according to demand", - it's unfortunate that infrastructure isn't up to the task, not all of us have the opportunity to log in outside of office hours, wherever in the world that might be..

Yep, same here as well. Doesn't seem to be any particular reason, just decides to have a problem and that's that. Ah well, maybe in a week or so things will be back to normal.

This is the second disappointment this week; the first being a very poor excuse for a bacon butty (burnt, cold bacon), and now this.
