So far this is proving to be a cheap holiday season with ED, I dont like any golden whatever.
I like my golden Cutter, thank you. It seems the only paintjob suited to such an obnoxious craft.

I'm going to buy a Golden Cobra just to say I got something for my favourite ship.
seriously, I got all excited to see and hear about the iridescent paint jobs "at last, new metallic paint jobs!" and then they release mostly gold/chrome after that (I get that we need 5 gold paint jobs for the fifth day, but otherwise...)

Same but I had a long look at the golden gunship and thought about naming it "Scaramanga".
I brought up the same point a while ago, but it turns out, from the Gold FDL description in the store:

And while they are referred to as "McLaren Mustangs", it never stopped being a Ford.
So a Saud Kruger upgraded Zorgon Peterson Fer de Lance is still a Zorgon Peterson craft. Pretty sure if you fly one to a station and request docking that flight control will address you "Zorgon Peterson [whatever]". Maybe I'm wrong - anybody want to check? I'm at least 12 days from the nearest station.

I really wish they would do something other than the annual chrome/gold releases. How about Metallic Red, or a really sparkly Diamond White? I have a couple of chrome/gold skins that were freebies and they just don't do it for me.

Though I started playing when ED launched on the ps4, I've recently switched to the xbox. And since then a lot of new bobble heads have been added to the store. I've not read ANYWHERE in this forum or other's where as ANYONE has EVER requested ANY of the new booble head that are now available. I have read here and all the other available places vast numerious request for a "Hutton Mug". Why when there is such a high request and sometimes demands for something as simple as a "Hutton Mug" bobble head do we get all kinds of others instead?
