Hybrids

Please no more.

As long as the series is about genetic engineering technology being used to create amalgamated monsters because the source DNA is fragmented and an ambitious geneticist determined to push his abilities to their limits there will always be new hybrids... whether they have the name of an actual dinosaurs attached to them or not doesn't change the fact that they're all fake. If you want real dinosaurs then you need to play a different game...

Personally I think we need more herbivore hybrids, specifically ones based on small and medium herbivores; e.g. Jurassic World Alive's Paramoloch.

Also; Jurassic World Evolution takes place in an alternate universe where after the 2015 Isla Nublar Incident, the Hammond Foundation acquires InGen, Jurassic World and the Gulf of Fernandez. Claire Dearing, Owen Grady, and most importantly, Dr. Wu, continue to work for the park.

With Dr. Wu continuing to be a part of the Hammond Foundation's operation of Jurassic World, he can continue his hybrid project without hindrance and doesn’t have to go into hiding from the authorities like he does in the films. One could even his hybrid project has been given a huge boost when considering the large quantity of new species discovered and created in the game that Dr. Wu can use for his project.

For what hybrids if there are so many real species that could be added that are much more interesting?

Well for one, hybrids offer options that real dinosaurs can't... I mean, an armor plated triceratops with five horns and a thagomizer? That's weird and unnatural and that makes it interesting. And for another, they're already deliberately mutating the real dinosaurs into fake looking things, seemingly because they'd be too similar to other dinosaurs if they went with realistic dinosaurs... how can real dinosaurs be much more interesting than hybrid if they have to make them look fake to make them unique?

Dude, I'll tell you what I believe: I'm a fan of dinosaurs. I'm a fan of the first Jurassic Park and really like the second and third. I like dinosaurs. But hybrids, just tolerate them. I think a lot of people think like me. They like dinosaurs, not crazy creatures that started to be made from JW.

I think if Frontier continues to make other hybrid DLCs I will consider that this is the point they intend to follow, then I will give up this game. I do not want this for the game forever. I do not believe there are many JW fans, not compared to the number of JP fans. The vast majority are fans of JP and only saw a flame being reborn with the existence of JW.

I do not think the right way is to put more effort into hybrids. Conventional dinosaurs are much cooler, and that's what most are fans of.

Exactly!!!

Personal Opinion; the Indominus was new but thats all i liked the Jurassic park style of dinosaurs not being able to stay caged but Hybrids i just accept them

I'd have to say Diloranosaurus would be a great choice but that would mean Frontier will need to add Ouranosaurus in order to make that happen. I've seen lots of people asking for Carnoraptor but I look forward to seeing what supersizes Frontier has in-store for us. ( really hoping they add Allosinosaurus and Dracoceratops.)

Paramoloch is a fantastic pick there's also Dracoceratops and Ankyntrosaurus but those are the only two that I can think of when it comes to small and medium herbivores. I'm just excited to see what the guys at Frontier will come out with next.

Yup, I personnally don't care about Hybrids, everything looks fake in Jurassic World, I don't believe in Jurassic World. But Jurassic Park ? Hell yeah, the dinosaurs looks real, feel real. Though I like the hybrid concept of making it real, with advantages and disadvantages.

Right now the game don't need Hybrids imo, it needs a boost in gameplay / terrain options, new kinds of dinosaur like the Onetholia (ortho?) that live in trees (as described in the book), that would be cool !
I agree we need more small dinos, and hopefully one day a parasitic swarm of compsys that are unamanagable and breeding, & a soft danger to guests, but can be regulated ?

I need some deep level credibility right now, a real Jurassic difficulty where my ranger team are killed if chased by a T-Rex or raptors swarming the open-roof jeep, raptors jumping OVER the fences not punching through concrete... Dinos trying to escape when you pass a door & it's still open, heck even breeding dinos problem!

It would have been so good if the real problem of Jurassic Park where all in the game and you could have the PArk builder experience AND the survival one <3

SO: Just do gameplay stuff Frontier plz, we got enough dinos except really small ones ! The Troodon alone almost made me buy the DLC x)

Please no more hybrids any more. What we real need for Jurassic World Evolution are the pterosaurs and the mosasaurus. This should be in the focus now.
