General / Off-Topic What do you do outside Planet Coaster?

Wow, good luck with this. I see myself more as a game modeller. I am not so good at high poly models, so I think a game portfolio is better for me. I wish I was better so I could work in films, but sadly I am not. It would be great to work on a film like Starwars, so I hope you manage to get there. [happy] Maybe your mates can help you get in [wink]

I like the game art too. ( I loved the survival horror sceneries, like metro 2033, other mate worked for Sega in Alien Isolation, check the portfolio for this artist https://www.artstation.com/artist/ricardochamizo) But work in a movie, It's a dream since childhood for me... (I have time for the moment XD) But I lived in Spain and the english language... is hard for me. The good movie studios are out of here.

Alan wake, Doom (no the new doom :p) and Dead Space titles, are me favourites games. State of decay and other zombies franchises, like Left for dead 1 and 2. Are good games for me too, The two last titles for Tomb Raider and Star Wars Battlefront, has an excellent game art. I work in 3dsmax, I´m senior artist, when you need some feedback or help with your skills, let me know :)

Ahh, of course, this is me Artstation-> https://www.artstation.com/artist/info3d

Regards.

I have a very busy life. Customer Service Manager in retail 5 days a week, support technician for the MyBB Group, running official Pokemon events that award championship points, and freelance web programming.

Right now I am working in a big kids playground park in The Netherlands, Plaswijckpark. We have some little attractions, animals and of course a big playground where kids can play, so, it isn't a themepark but something like it :p

Plaswijckpark!! :D

- I'm studying Creative Media & Game Technologies (making websites, apps and small games).
- I'm too busy with Planet Coaster Club and the Dutch community (they are awesome!).
- I play games like Battlefield 1, Rocket League and Tricky Towers.
- I like to sleep :D

Haha my story is unfortunate.. I went to a school I shouldn't have for programming (Any Americans on here can take a guess which school I went to [sad] ) and so have a worthless degree there. Currently working as a CSA (customer service advisor) for an auto garage, but was the mechanic in the back. It got short staffed out front so I moved to the front to help out (plus it helps that I know about cars enough to explain to people the issues they are having with theirs.. I don't want people to think I'm just in it to rip them off)

Outside of Playing Planet Coaster & Elite Dangerous...

I herd rabid enraged cat's on rollerskates (or the official title is forum moderator.....[big grin])

But I'm in sales and have 2 teenage kids who I've dragged up on my own. The psycological damage I have probably inflicted on them will no doubt manifest in later years.

I try to be nice to them as they will inevitably pick my nursing home, but when I get home from work and all the lights are on and the house is a tip and they've scavened all the food and want feeding.... and........and......Arrgh...

Full on Dad rant incoming....3 2.1.......

TURN THOSE FLIPPING LIGHTS OFF WHEN YOU LEAVE THE ROOM!!!

I'm a 2D animator, both working in studio and working in on a own huge project. Besides that I make illustrations for bandshirts and record sleeves. I also make comics (think Robert Crumb etc). I'm also the guitarplayer of a psychobilly band called Adios Panatalones and besides all those things I get quite drunk once in a while :) [wacky]

wow so many people with cool jobs, unfortunately i don't have one, I'm currently on "the sick" due to my mental health but out side of the planet coaster gates, i listen to music and love to cook. my life is boring really.

Cooking can be exciting, especially if you cook or bake new things that you've never made before. I sometimes see it as an adventure if I'm preparing a recipe that I've never prepared before. :)
