Give $ome Love to FD€V!

I checked my store purchased products and with my 2 accounts I've spent in total 160€ (more to come now that I'm Rear Admiral).

How much LOV€ did you give to FDEV?

I've just checked my account, my last significant purchase was 28th Jan 2017, using the discount code for my 'special day'. Before that I regularly bought cosmetics, I haven't totted it up but it's easily over £100 not including the game & DLCs.

Then on the 22nd June 2017 I spent £25 as a thank you to FDev for dealing with the 5-for-1 exploit (and started a thread on punishing combat logging to give FDev an opportunity to be even-handed in their application of penalties for cheating).

Since then my only purchase was £4 on an outfit for my Cmdr in June 2018 because I felt he looked like he was sitting in his grundies. They could have got a lot more cash from me.

Hmmm. Interesting question.

In terms of “what have I paid to Frontier?” then I’ve bought the game 5 times - 4 on PC (myself and my wife, one alt-account each) and once on PS4

I’ve bought a few paint packs, bobbleheads, and one ship kit.

However, in terms of “how much have I spent to play Elite” then we’re currently at three PCs, two Warthog HOTASs, and odd bits of controllery.

please find attached material and instructions for a response:
Batman-Slapping-Robin.jpg

1. print out
2. write "How much LOV€ did you give to FDEV?" inside the left bubble
3. write whatever inspires you inside the right bubble or leave it blank
4. place next to your bed, in a way you make immediate eye contact with it when you wake up

A bobble head, a paint job and a voice pack. That said; nothing put out in a long time, has really hit the spot for me and. Still no love for the Cobra exclusive and not much, for the other ships, I own.

I have been thinking about, what F.D. have done or given to me, over the last year? I am an LEP owner and don't recall, anything special, dropping in my mail box, for ages.

More than that (I think :)

I just hope frontier know that ship skin sales, or lack there of, are a majority due to the quality of the offerings.

Frontier carry a whatever they do is perfect mode of operation so probably think it’s us not them when it comes to ship skins too :)

See the recent post where a player mocked up some ship skin designs. Yes I would have bought many of those on sight. Compare that to the last year of weeklies.

I can't be bothered to do the math - my account has listings for different purchases in a mix of GBP, EUR and USD.

Including the cost of the base game and Horizons, two bobbleheads and a few paintjobs about 40 quid - and I still reckon I paid too much...

€43.68
ED with Horizons I got as a gift so not counting that, above is just cosmetics. And it proves it's pure evil incarnated. €2 here, €3.5 there and bam: €43.68 down the drain for things I cannot even look at since it's enginee trail and paintjobs I cannot see without weird key combination to access remote camera.

Plus I don't earn in € and my currency exchange is heavily not in my favor, which gives the final amount even bigger. 186.50 in my local currency which is a level of branad new AAA title from a major publisher.

I'm just a customer, no LEP or anything. I bought the main game plus Horizons (plus one extra copy of each on sale) from Steam.
Being curious after reading this thread, I added up my purchases and - without the games and Horizons - I've spent 255 euros on ED cosmetics (WOW!)

I don't think I'm going to spend a single euro more unless they start fixing all the stupid bugs that creep in every patch.
