I bought the game (Horizons) a week or so ago and have put in about 10 hours. I love it so far; it's unlike any other game I have ever played. I think I'm minded to get enough credits together to buy a better ship than the Sidewinder, and then go off on a long schlep just to see where it takes me.
I think bringing a sim like this to a console is an extraordinary achievement. I haven't had a PC for years, and bought an Xbox One X last year for the occasional burst of FPS or racing, but I've missed the detailed sims I used to play. The graphics are stunning, and the control layout is a masterclass in simplicity.

Welcome aboard Commander...Glad to have another ship heading out into the black for fun and adventure!

If you have been alive for any amount of time, Google and YouTube are big in helping out with the immediate "Huh, How do I do that" thing, The forum has members with thousands of hours of seat time who have probably forgotten more about the game that I will ever learn. There are several other sites that can give you data on you, your travels, your ship, ship design/building, etc...

So grab a cup of space grog, head out into the black, and have a good time!
