Nice profile! I've had a few minor issues running the profile in station vs in flight where for example, when jumping to super cruise, it would change the fire group set. I am using the profile with a customized binding based on an x52Pro profile I use. No big deal, and I think it could be resolved with some more detailed look at the bindings and differences/impacts on being in station vs flight. Also appears there are not defensive binding such as to release heat sinks, shield cells, or chaff when needed. Otherwise though, nice profile and this one should get me off need for Ocellus in at least requiring the additional plugin as I also use EDDI. Also, in the profile, full power commands work which is great!

Which profile do you recommend I download? I downloaded the 2.0 profile but I noticed that you also have the 2.2 profile.
In the 2.2 I wasn't clear on which keybind values I should change as there wasn't a '1) Keybinding' category.

the 2.2 one is for the latest elite release working out the fighter and SVR launch commands. just didn't have time to edit the thread with work taking up all my time. for the category at the top the table there are lists. click the one call category to sort by.

Thank you, for some reason the 'category' column was hidden by default on that profile but I enabled it now.
I already created my bindings for the 2.0 profile, do you recommend that I export them to the 2.2 profile or set them again from within 2.2
you can export them, but there are new bindings in the 2.2 for the fighter commands and recall ship. with the lastest i'm working on. I'm also using eddi with my profile. When I have free time from work. I'm going too update the change log and chat with the maker of eddi to add there links for eddi download and their pages.
Would love to export my elite bindings, but it may not help. dew with I use three controller along with tobbi eye. x52 pro, peddles from momo wheel, and logitech ATK3 for lateral and vertical thrust.

sorry for the long delay for replying to you. work took all my free time. in the VA profile you can edit any of the command that are marked with 1) keybindings under the category tab.
for the TTS voice volume and voice type click the wrench on the VA program. then in the option window that opens. click the audio tab everything there is for the voice.
I also Use Eddi. I have to say that the combination of Eddi with your bindings have completely changed my gaming experience so thank you again!
This is fantastic. Thank you for sharing with all of us. I made a bunch of tweaks to the v0.29 version of the VoiceAttack profile. A lot of the changes were to make VoiceAttack work better with the default keyboard configuration as I tend to play primarily with a gamepad. Thanks to Ishmair, my life is so much easier. However I've found the comms panel bugged (6 tabs vs 5) and went ahead to update all conditions and variables to fix it. It's tested Attached are the only commands affected without including dependancies so it shouldn't affect anything you already have on or tweaked.

btw to import these, edit your own vap with the pencil paper icon, then on the bottom left click import commands, browse to the comms patch vap, and click ok. Alternatively if you wanna check the codes first you can import it as standalone but you'll see the missing dependencies.
I've updated the VA profile to 2.4 along with overhauling fail-safes so you no longer have to reset any variables. The vars also saved to the profile even if you quit VA after gaming. Also fixed the categories typos and added in many of my own custom commands for faster capacitor management and counter measures, etc.
If you're using Ishmair's 2.2 profile, don't replace any commands from mine. Instead treat this as a new profile all together. I am posting here however, because Ishmair's the man. Got me back into script writing hehe.. Enjoy.

I've downloaded your profile but i can't use it because I have all sorts of customised key-bindings for my X52. There's a link to some keybindings in post~1 but it doesn't work. Do you have a link to keybindings used in your profile. I'm using X52 at the moment, soon to change to Virpil. Thanks for all your hard work.

Please note that this binding file includes all my Logitech X3D bindings and it will screw up your X52 bindings so you gotto rebind those. You know after using voice attack, the only buttons I use is trigger [button 1], thumb trigger [button 2], throttle stick, pov, the buttons next to the pov for targetting, etc., numpad enter to toggle FSD occasionally when it acts up, and spacebar to boost. VA takes care of everything else
I haven't touched any of the lower buttons at all And was thinking of binding them to other things like enable disable vocal response, toggle VA listening etc.

Anybody have this patch file by chance? I was working on getting this to work with the comm's / messages panel being on 1 vs 5.. which seems different from what it expects. Ran into some... trouble... 'cause I haven't read all the dependencies probably. This would save a ton o effort.. but the google drive file is missing.

I found out the hard way there's no such thing as "patch" with the current key binding structure. The only way to have a patch is to use BindED which I am not using. Unfortunately due the way it's set up, we can't upload VAP patches without dependancies and if we do it would overwrite whatever you have anyway. The best thing to do is just download the complete VAP and redo the bindings within the VAP "binding" category. It doesn't take that long, less than 10 minutes tbh.

1) voice recognition to comms panel (handy for VR)

3) ability to use EDDI voice responder as well as Windows TTS, and switch between the two, so that it would remain current for all users, and there wouldn't have to be two separate threads ("VA call EDDI plugin with context to 'say'" vs "VA 'say' command"

well I been working my old profile. I have added BindED and a lot of EDDI. mostly doing a big clean up on the profile.
Wow, nice... Well, I couldnt wait for a reply XD , so I'm currently sifting my way through this one replacing "say" command lol... I've currently got the speech recognition called from this profile to open in a separate profile for the duration of the text message, then returning to this profile once message is sent. That has a bit of an advantage regarding voiceattack potentially (mis)recognizing commands in the background whilst im dictating my message.
Might I take this opportunity to thank you for this great profile; it has renewed my enthusiasm for scripting, and I've learned a lot from it!
