If both or either "fail" it'll be interesting to see what happens. If this goes like the first Cerberus plague outbreak then we may be forced to pick one at some point as was done then, but that decision would have to come early in the cycle and be well supported.

Any chance you could check the situation with fdev using your CG channels, I guess on Monday? I recall there were no supplies at all at most stations to begin with and it may well be a mistake.

That depends entirely on how fast the supply regenerates. Being just added, and actively shipped by huge numbers of players for the entirety of its existence, I don't think we have any way to know that yet, and probably wouldn't until it's far too late to do anything with that information.
Starting supplies were:
  • Conway City, LTT 4961 - 250k
  • George Lucas, Leesti - 2 million tonnes
  • Thomson Orbital, Lansbury - 10k
  • Cousin Ring, Tjindjin - 54k
  • Margulis Station, CD-44 10336 - 100k
  • Nourse City, Esumindii - 100k
As of last update there's been 3.5 million tonnes delivered across both CGs and at that time Leesti had 600k stock left. So shipping ... let's guess at least 3 million of it from Leesti ... used 1.4 million of net stock in 1.5 days. That suggests 1.6 million stock regeneration out of a 2 million initial, or a regeneration cycle of about 2 days, or 3 cycles for the whole thing. Might be slightly faster since I haven't accounted for losses to sabotage and murderboats in that calculation.

Total about 2.5 million initial, so 3 regeneration cycles would get you about 10 million shipped by the end of the six days.

Don't know what if any state dependencies it has but for conventional goods securing Boom+Civil Liberty in all producers would give you 80% more (Boom) and 100% more (Civil Liberty) - realistically, Leesti is the important one for that, the rest are irrelevant. Boom is Pending, Civil Liberty is not

So:
- you can probably just get Tier 1 in both just through super-optimal shipping and perfect balancing, assuming the rate of losses is constant. Realistically that means one T1 pass and one fail.
- if the good has conventional state dependencies, Leesti securing Boom (do not overrun into Investment!) and/or Civil Liberty will significantly increase production rates, allowing both Tier 1s to be reached easily, and/or a higher Tier to be secured. At this stage there is insufficient data to assess this.
- you definitely need to avoid Civil Unrest or Investment states occurring

Recommendation: hope it has conventional-ish state dependencies, and push for Civil Liberty in Leesti now. Watch the economy slider carefully - Boom is good but if it hits Investment without you getting Civil Liberty, you potentially fail both. Similarly if it drops to Civil Unrest this early, you've probably failed both unless you focus all remaining effort strongly on one of them

This one looks to be extremely finely balanced for outcomes - and if my guess about conventional-ish state dependencies is correct has definite routes by which it fails both, passes both, or passes only one. Very nicely done by Frontier if so...

Leesti is down to 169k at the moment
Deliveries are:
Orerve - 2723808
Diso - 2120039

Tier 1 seems to be at 5 millions

Boom should go pending today. I would also be surprised if we can get Civil Liberty in the CG time period as the slider isn't going to be that fast to move...

Edit: From Ian's website - to increase chance of Civil Liberty do Deserter missions for the faction, Fetch missions for Drugs / Weapons, or Bulk Aid worker pax missions
Edit2: ofc there are no missions that match those requirements for that faction :(

So, if I get this right, FDev is trying to teach us BGS and team work? We are doomed!!!

Scythe of Panem emptied Nourse City of approximately 80,000t of Agronomic Treatment at 15:15 today.

Given the recent criminal actions by the Federation against vessels of our organisation, we deem it likely that a renewed campaign of biological terrorism against our legitimate livelihood is imminent.

We have therefore taken this action to protect ourselves as best we can against the callous actions of a ruthless superpower.

Here we go, Alliance with all the 5C false flag shenanigans again.

Orerve needs like 3 more millions, Diso like 3.5 more millions
And there are less than 1.5 millions tons available...

FDev really did pulled one over on us
Agree... just what is the point?... I've played since the very beginnings of ED... Never really bothered with many of the CG's over that time... this time bought a T9 and fitted it out for short flits between Diso and Leesti ONLY to find that FDev have set the tier levels to auto FAIL.... and stupidly I've only just realised this having slogged into the top 10% .... what a waste of my time!!! (Quote FDev.... we respect and value your time....... bull:poop:!)

It looks like Oreve will hit tier 1 in the next few hours. Leesti is providing a stable amount of Agri-whatevers. I assume that quite some players will switch from Oreve to Diso after reaching tier 1.
Might result in both getting to tier 1.

At current delivery rates Diso should reach Tier 1 in about 18 hours. Should certainly be done in the 2.5 days remaining, anyway.
