Park Tour VS Jurassic Tour

Hey so this came up in reddit:
View attachment 153504

It is the description of the jurassic tour. This confirms that these tours are also destructible, and dinosaurs could damage these tours, to which if a vehicle is destroyed, then a ranger team has to be sent out to restart the ride.

What this means, is that these new tours could be a more vulnerable option over gyrospheres. Where gyrospheres are advanced with protection, this could give players a more vulnerable option that could lead to prehistoric problems, similar to the scene of the T-rex's very first debut!

Nice. Still, if both styles cannot be mixed, this doesn't actually tell much more 🤔

It's a really nice feature, though. Both this and rangers being threatened will likely force to more smartly plan the paddock layout.

I've also read some guy reconstructed the new Nublar map using screencaps from the YT vids and looks like it will be the huge portion east of the island! Similar shape and size as the paddock placement on the JP screens!

To be fair, now I'd just like vehicle pathing to allow traversing that mortal hazard that is WATER.

I'd rather much more having interconnectable stations, tbh.

Really hope the new Park Drive actually acts as Monorail on that respect. That wpuld be really awesome.

Would that be even possible?

I used to doubt, but after seen what's coming, now I laugh at comments such as this one.

Even if allegedly 'impossible' things weren't being implemented lately, Monorail Stations are in-game, aren't they?

Park Drive is also guided by rails, so I won't be able to understand how it could fail to act both as JP attraction AND transport.

Visitor's Center is said to act as several JW buildings all in one, so... why not Park Drive?

No trails in gameplay vids tho

Of course they can. I'm perhaps one of the few saying we haven't seen that much of this DLC, despite some ignoramuses saying otherwise. Was this EVER pointed out as a request, tho?

Yes, several times.

I know I myself requested it some months ago, and it isn't been long since I've upvoted the very same request.

I know, I upvoted that one too ;)

Still, if they finally fix dino AI... lures and repellents would fall into the background to me. But interconnectable stations would be such a nice improvement for planning building layouts, it just feela more urgent.

Then, interconnectable Park Drive stations can still be in!
Be careful, you may be setting yourself up for disappointment if you believe interconnecting stations are in the DLC. The description for the Park Drive building only says it increases dinosaur visibility and guest satisfaction, which could refer to it having a high fun rating, similar to the Gyrosphere and Jungle Trek attractions in the JW era.

Jungle Trek?

Jungle Trek?
The canonical name of the safari truck ride in Gallimimus Valley.

Honestly, with JWE's history so far, I pretty much know I will be disappointed to some extent. However, if the VC does act as several buildings, and there are 1993 parallels to most game-core's functions, I do hope the PD will work as transport as well as feature the proper vehicles.

If not... well, it may well be that and several other small disappointments just make me skip this one, once again, until it has a more accurate prize, that's all.
