Wdym? Cause they do tend to answer the stuff, at least, if you watch the live-streams. That they owe what’s coming a secret until the release, and even then, somethings aren’t revealed, is because they want to surprise us and make us happy.

That is true. But something like destructible tour vehicles seems to be a part of the free patch based on that some reddit user found. And that's not something that was announced in the feature focus.
I think it's best to wait for dec 10th before we can be absolutely sure a type of feature is in either the DLC or the free update if it hasn't been mentioned in either.
You would think they would have announced that since it's something people have asked for since before the game released.
But it would be kind of off that ranger vehicles get attacked and the tour vehicles don't. Those dinosaurs really hate those park rangers.
There is rumor that there may be a reworked A.I. going around reddit, but officially nothing has been confirmed. We may hear of something either this upcoming stream on thursday or when the DLC and Patch launch on tuesday the 10th of Dec with the patch notes.

Not explicitly but since instead of panicking now some will attack the ranger truck, yes it is reasonable to assume some AI was reworked.
