No, i did that this year, took me 3 months ~
For 2020 i'd like to build a fully engineered corvette. This means 2 ranks to go for the required Federal Rank, and the money and materials needed too.
I'd like to unlock some powerplay and guardian stuff too. Prismatic Shields and Guardian shield reinforcements mostly.

A combination of broken network code and my switching to VR has put the final nail in my PvP coffin. I just have zero interest in it anymore, and the only reason I have for unlocking more than the first few Engineers is to keep up with the PvP arms race. If anything, Engineering takes all the fun & challenge out of PvE, so I doubt I'll be unlocking any of the painite in the asp engineers.
If anything, my plans for 2020 is to build a time machine so I can go back and play ED before Engineers and the arcade flight model were introduced. Now that sounds like a fun game!

Heh. It will be my 3rd year of ED and I still haven't touched Engineers for real. Apart from Felicity I somehow managed to reach G5 (and visiting the other entry level lady, forgot the name) I totally skipped on that part of the game. Every now and then I tell myself it's time to do it. So I'm doing it that way I made 1B, got 20 ships (another 1B worth), visited Colonia, unlocked Cutter and Corvette, reached double Elite. All of it while "next thing is Engineers"...

I never really had plans to unlock engineers, when I was in the neighborhood I would pay a visit and see what was needed and do it while doing other things.
Gasp! This is gamebreaking news. You mean, you kind of played the game, and, stuff happend? Outrageous! And I refuse to believe this could happen in a doomed and dead game.

I still haven't gotten around to unlocking all of the engineers not even just the bubble ones. I really should make an effort to get to combat Elite sometime soon, but I guess my immediate priority is rebuild my bank balance after buying a shiny new corvette

I don't need the Imursion breaking cat. I've already got one that constantly jumps up on my computer table and gets in my way, regardless of what game I'm playing.
