No, the stat listed in the codex does NOT include the LYR bonus to my knowledge.

Well I was judging mainly on Marx's post, but other people also seem to think it helps. I don't do PP, but everyone says that LYR is the one to do for exploration.
If the Codex doesn't show it with the LYR bonus, then that must look different to the screen where you sell it I guess?

The selling screen is weird. It displays the normal values and then in the bonus section (like where you get the first discovered and stuff) it displays the LYR value. I must have a recording of it somewhere...
It was my understanding that LYR bonus isn't included in this, since when you hand in it's under 'misc bonus' and not per-system payout. Do you have some source that shows it including the LYR bonus?
(Also, if it was the LYR bonus, I should have well over 60,000,000 there - I have several systems that are 20m+ before bonus which I tracked.)

No as I said to Dr. Nagi, I was going mainly on what Marx said and others. So I guess that means that Allitnil got 86mill without the LYR bonus. It's very tricky to know exactly what is going on with the bonus screens as they have been completely broken since 3.3.
Though another interesting thing I have just noticed through checking the Codex.
When I sell my data I always keep an eye out for the most expensive system, so that I know the name of it as it's not displayed in the stats. The screenshot I have of my most expensive system (before selling that page of data) is 23,874,638Cr, which is presumably before I got any of the bonuses for first discovered/mapped. In the Codex it says it's 23,937,691Cr, so there is a 63k Cr difference between the 2 screens for some reason... So an error in the displays, or the bonuses have been added to the Codex stat?

I thought Nagi said Alltinil got the 86m with the LYR bonus? I guess we'd have to ask Alltinil. Without, that would be a staggeringly high value system. I'm not even sure how that's possible. You'd need multiple dozens of terraformable worlds.
Checking my logs with EDD, the highest value system that EDD reports for me is about 24m. BUT, EDD does not know about probe bonuses. So I'm guessing the probe bonuses are what pushed that particular system up into the 50m range. This makes sense to me, since it had 4 T-WW and 8 T-HMCs.
Regarding the 63k Credit difference, I'm guessing the first-discovery bonus is added. Usually you see those as the (+xxxxx) when you turn them in.
Is that from your Codex screen? If so, it's likely without the LYR bonus and you have the thread record.
I was the one who said he did, and that's because upon returning, IIRC he said that he used it when turning in all the data. I'd have to dig the post up again to check though. Still, I find it likely, because he also said he used the bonus in earlier times.
And yeah, without the bonus, that high a payout would sound quite implausible - even with the mapping-pre-FSS-finds payout bug?/feature? taken into account.

That is part of the ships personal log under exploration. It shows your most valuable system.
That doesn't tell you what system it was though....
The best you can do with EDD to try and narrow it down is to open a Journal view and filter it to just (Multi) Sell Exploration Data. Then you can add a filter for a minimum value threshold to show:
If you've been selling pages rather than individual systems the journal is for the page but if you set the threshold high enough it should give you a relatively small list to poke through manually and figure it out.
ETA: The multi sell exploration data that more recent page sales generate unfortunately seems to report every system name as "" so you might still be snookered...
