Interesting news from France now.
Covid detected as early as December 2019.

The lockdowns on travel came way too late. But reducing additional cases was still helpful.

And this is a detected case ...

There are certainly other older cases that have fallen through the cracks.

It seems that this virus was already in the United States before October 2019

As I said earlier, mortality stats in the Netherlands are odd from November 2019.

It actually raises an interesting point: if this was already global by October/november, why should Wuhan be considered the starting point in December...

Because that's where genetic analysis has pointed to and because the spread of COVID-19 coincides with Wuhan having been the place of origin, also, it's already known that COVID-19 information was supressed in China the first few weeks.

The Chinese have released a hilarious little video called "Once upon a virus".
We cannot believe it comes from the same place as the translated instructions for my flashlight. The sarcasm is really biting.
9/10 for humor, but somewhat less (to understate it) for accuracy.

Any news on "reinfections" ? Some guy I know triumphantly publishes that the cases in SouthKorea were due to a mistake made in the Study, and claims that Study has recently been corrected . Also, what is the latest on CoV - 2 infecting T - lymphocytes ? IIrc, it does infect, but not replicate in these cells ?

Got a nice supply of N99 masks, distributed it to the family, we’re now getting back to “normal” however just like we’re are carrying we will also wear mask and a few other things when we go out. Adapt and overcome!

That works if you are lucky enough to get the necessary equipment . What would "adapt and overcome" look like without it ?
