Help !!!

Hi
I’ve been trying to load into planet zoo recently I get to the main menu before loading a save whether I try make a new save or use a past save the game crashs sometimes the game will load and let me play normally but recently it keeps crashing when loading a save game or making a new one wondering if anyone has the same problem or I’m alone with this and also if any ways to stop from crashing or if there will be an update or something loosing patience as I’ve all dlcs bought also and wanting to buy the new dlc but not to keen if the problem keeps occurring someone help ???

Right click on the Game in your Game List on the left Side, click on the last Option, then on Local Data and there again on the last Option

I’ve tried this still no result it says nothing’s wrong when validation is done but clearly there is some sort of crash I haven’t seen anyone experience this or talk about it really annoying that there’s no fixs I don’t think it’s my computer I think it’s the game

You could also create a Issue Tracker Report but sadly it isn't that likely that they see it if no one else submits to it. You could also try if it helps to re-install the Game or you can wait if the Update on the 25. will fix it. Maybe it will also help to check your Drivers

Going to check my drivers now sorry I feel so stupid asking but what am I checking for I’m clueless with computers really haha

I also don't know much about Computers. I can absolutely recommend Driver Booster. I'm using it since I've got my current Computer and didn't had any Problems with it so far. You only need the Freeware Version of it to check your most important Drivers and automatically replace them if necessary. I hope it's OK to recommend Software from other Developers here. I hope there is a english Version of it.

The first Option is for the Freeware Version. I don't know if you can choose to install it in English. If there is only a Option to install it in German, feel free to ask for Help

I'm using Windows 7 because when my Computer was new, Windows 10 was absolute Trash and killed my Hard Drive, so I needed to use the one from my old Computer instead.

I'm pretty sure Driver Booster should also work perfectly on Windows 10 if you use it. If you don't want to use Driver Booster, I can also try to find a good Driver Tutorial for you but I would need to know which Operating System you are using on your Computer

I’ve downloaded the drive booster but not made an account not sure if I need to do I ? I haven’t tried starting the game yet though

You don't need to make a Account for the Freeware Version. Was it possible to install it in English/the Language you speak?

Yes all options wore in English and my game has loaded into a save file but it’s all very slow took awhile to load in wondering if this is due to a new driver and need some getting use to ?

Did you already open Driver Booster? You need to open it to scan your current Drivers. There is a big round Button once you open it and if you click on it, it will search for new Drivers if necessary. I think it's also good if you restart your Computer after installing a new Driver

Sorry I had to turn off its late here so I’m gonna go asleep and try again tomorrow thanks for your help really appreciate it

My game is now starting and loading in but lagging insanely it’s like I’m experiencing bugs that wore “fixed at the start of the game “ as everytime I search for solutions these wore bugs at release but haven’t seen anyone issue it lately any ideas for this it’s like a never ending rut

I'm glad I was able to at least help a little bit. Is it like that in every Zoo? Did you try to start a new Zoo? My old Zoo also lagged extremely bad but every Zoo I started after that didn't lagg. Do you have Transport Rides in that Zoo? For some Reason they can cause extreme Lagg.
