Station: Teng-hui Station (Ocellus Starport, large pads available, 8 Ls from main star, 85.67 Ly from Sol)​
Objective: Deliver Bauxite, Gallite and Rutile​
Time limit: 24th September 3306 @ 13:00 UTC​

Description
Two construction companies have requested materials to convert refinery outposts into starports, to assist owners of fleet carriers who use large vessels for tritium refuelling.​

Dean Bradigan, director of Steel Castle Inc, put out the following statement:​
For travellers who find the familiar sight of Coriolis stations welcoming, here’s a chance to build up to five more. We ask for shipments of bauxite, gallite and rutile to be delivered to CQC Holdings at Teng-hui Station in the Nagasairu system.

The number of starports will depend on the amount of materials delivered. The target systems in order of priority are Fjorgyn, HR 4979, Wolf 294, Lambda-2 Tucanae, Potriti, LHS 4058, Chakpa, Gally Bese, Eta Cephei and Ninabin. If successful, upgrading will be done for the start of October.​

Both initiatives begin on 17th September 3306 and will run for one week. If the final targets for a campaign are met earlier than planned, it will end immediately.​
To earn rewards you must sign up as an active participant before delivering Bauxite, Gallite and Rutile to Teng-hui Station in the Nagasairu system.​
Be aware that faction-state changes and other disruptive events can negatively impact markets and station services, and could prevent the initiative from running smoothly.​

Notes:
  • Running in parallel with the Kavanagh Spaceframes Ltd appeal
  • Teng-hui Station is orbiting planet 1
  • Station services: Commodities Market, Shipyard, Outfitting, Repair, Restock, Refuel
  • Prices at Teng-hui Station:
    • Bauxite: 1,305 Cr/T
    • Gallite: 9,795 Cr/T
    • Rutile: 2,240 Cr/T

Teng-hui Station is 8 ls out; Blaauw Hub is at 43,943 ls. Perfectly fair I suppose if you can get your carrier parked at the relevant planet.

Not really - all it takes is a few a-holes parking up for the week and wreck the system - really you want carriers jumping in - being emptied by a crowd - and jumping out. I guess there will be too many FC for that to work. The 8 ls lets people just do the CG

You could always bring back the interplanetary shuttles and let us dock with those from ships. Then we can transport 2 tonnes of fuel per run. 😂

Would be handy for outposts in general though, for missions hand in, bounties cashed etc.

What you can do at Nagasairu is park your carrier round an adjacent star; there are 41 within 20 LY. Shuttling will take, at worst, a minute more than travelling from a carrier parked round Nagasairu itself, and it'll probably be as quick or quicker returning. One way or another you'll get a reasonable parking spot.

You won't be doing that at Tenche. Nor will Tenche be seeing many of the poor unwashed without carriers.

Still, I've signed up for Blaauw Hub. I prefer to have Orbis Stations - easier to find the mailslot in supercruise - and I quite like the idea of having the place to myself :) .

Probably depends if they have a black market mate, and then if sales there count or not. I remember one once that they added in the BM feature, but I think we'd need an answer from the CG king himself, Mr @Kietrax

ABSOLUTELY you can - I'm doing this right now, the station has a black market so you sell your goods there. 1 ton puts you in the bottom class which usually nets you between 500k and 1M depending on how popular the goal is.
