I won't provide those because that would allow access to payment information like the Microsoft store has, and unauthorized payments could be made.

@HouseForsaken That is almost the issue i am having when trying to connect to EDSM, and i can also log into portal with no issue. I see thsi when trying to get on EDSM:

Of course i can't register again because it says my email is already in use or something like that.
When i am in the portal and choose authorized applications i get this:

So i tried to open a ticket and I get the status invalid error, which you can see above in my message from last Monday, and told to open a ticket, which I already did, so no help there. I can log into INRA with no issue but no EDSM. It has been a few weeks now for me. I have been using EDSM for a while now since DW2, so don't know why frontier thinks i don't have an account.
It does that, unfortunately, but it will work eventually, be that after a few minutes or sometimes after an hour or more. Let your tablet or PC run overnight sitting on the Console Updater page. If it is your first time on EDSM, the website will spend quite a lot of time downloading your last 30 days' or so's data.I tried using the console updater and after the 3 min countdown, it said "The Frontier Auth Service is currently unavailable, please try again later." Does anyone have suggestions on what to do now?

Ok...so where is the refresh token on the security page you're talking about? What am I looking for?Click the refresh token on the security page if your getting an issue after the 3mins count down on the first update of the day..
