I have heard it on good authority from facebook and CDMR Thrust that the delay to odyssey is because they're adding ship interiors and the long awaited C1 Seismic charges to the game.

The Small Seismic Charge Foundation would like to take this opportunity to thank frontier for their wonderful and generous decision in this matter, and look forward to seeing all their hard work come to fruition when they can finally crack a core asteroid in a Dolphin and watch it from the comfort of the hottub which we presume is on deck 2.

I have some very sad and unfortunate news for you Commander, you logged out of Facebook too early and missed the follow-up press release. The situation is that Saud Kruger has been taken over by Lakon Spaceways and all current SK ships will be retrofitted to mimic their Lakon cousins, both in looks and performance. Sure the small will finally be made available IF and yes it is a BIG IF, the equivalent Lakon ship could fit them, if not, well you know the answer.

I was rather hoping that the delay is due to them all working remotely and finally realising that the instancing stinks and needs to be sorted before they give people legs.

But I suspect we're all off the mark...
