I believe if you were a LEPer then yes, but if you only pledged for the game without future expansions then you wouldn't qualify
How the heck? The Mk.IV was for those who preordered Horizons, which was released in December 2015, so by January 2016 when you purchased horizons was lanched, ergo you weren't a preorder and thus didn't meet the criteria for the Mk.IV? I'm confused about the how, but not in the least bit bothered by it, and I hope you enjoy the Mk.IV.

That's what I thought too. I was raving about it in chat at Jameson and people were telling me you just had to buy horizons within the first year. I don't know. Maybe it's a bug. There was an update today.

I'm on PC and purchased on 18 January 2016 (I just went back and looked up the email). I can't believe I never realized I could buy it. Literally five years in the game and didn't realize this.
