Does he no longer exist? Am I the only one who hasn't received any assignments from him in the last 4 months? Or does anyone else have the same situation?

If you mean the random missions you get in empty space they are still a thing. I think it's just based on how long you have been in an instance for. I've had them in CZs, RES & supercruise.

Yes tip-offs are still a thing too :)

And given where we are, even if you played a couple of days ago it's possible the game broke since the last time you played too ;)

I tried to clean the 'chocolate' off the mattress, and have now placed a polo on the pillow.
I take all constructive criticism on board.

But I can't clean the dirt off because of the rsi in my wrist, and it's a stretch to call it a panel van - those are windows that I have duct taped some egg boxes on to the insides.

As a love taxi owner, sound muffling is important to all of the hot ladies I choose to pick up in my lurve taxi.

First time I've ever heard farm animals called ladies outside of Wales and Northern Scotland.

I have seen quite similar question asked less than a week ago (in the dedicated thread - Investigation into the "Mysterious Stranger" )
Yes, they are still in game - recently I've received 59 of them
However I do know at least one method to "break them" (i.e efficiently block any subsequent tip off mission assignment) in the case of any particular commander.
And where there is one method there - supposedly - could be others.

If you do receive them in quantities (>50 over two weeks) then I potentially could be interested in associated locations=)
