Honestly those are all animals I literally REQUIRE for my zoos, because these are the animals that are not in the game that I generally see in zoos, apart from a few at the bottom which I just like

Well, for me it's the meerkat.
A very, very popular request, but I don't think there's any guarantee we'll see it. It's smaller than almost any other animal in the game so far (around the size of the baby pangolin as an adult) and so it would need a fairly unique pattern of movement and hitbox. They are quintessential zoo animals, however, so in my opinion no zoo feels complete without a small meerkat habitat.
Otherwise, I'd say the North Island brown kiwi. It's impossible to build a realistic New Zealand zoo without kiwis, so I'd love to get one in. It's pretty easy to create a mock-up nocturnal habitat for them, too.

Meerkats aren't too far off the length of the Ring-Tailed Lemur, so it is possible we'll get them

I think size is one issue with the meerkats, but I think the bigger issue may be burrowing, interacting with terrain. I mean, we have enough issues with escaped animals as it is. They need to get that mechanic completely worked out. But there have been a number of suggestions to get around that, having them interact with special habitat items (for shelter? enrichment even?) instead of actual terrain. Something - they just need to figure it out. I truly truly hope they do. Meerkats are my most wanted animal and have been since the base game release.
