No Odyssey for LEP owners?

Can you not just generate a Steam key from your Frontier account? That's what I did, but then again this was when they first brought it to Steam. So not 100% sure the option is still in the account page.

Have LEP but transferred over to Steam long ago. Odyssey appears as an option in the launcher but is greyed out so I cant install. The DLC on Steam is showing as if I dont own it, and on my store account page I only have steam keys for the base game & Horizons.

Any idea how I get Odyssey installed?

Steam or non-steam? I'm guessing Frontier are meant to update our store account Partner keys page to show a Steam key, so we can actually claim ownership of Odyssey on Steam, but I can't find any info on how this is meant to work for LEPers that use Steam.

Same, I'm wondering if there is a manual process of adding LEP holders behind the scenes to allow the steam download.

I looked it up. Can do that. Maybe one day.
Downloading Odyssey now with the good old frontier launcher :)

As some people have mentioned, seems like the Odyssey DLC has not been activated in Steam for LEP owners, but grabbing the Frontier launcher from the store does allow Odyssey to be installed, so I assume we will be able to copy the Odyssey install over to Steam once that DLC is shown as owned.

This tweet from Frontier suggests that Odyssey should just activate automatically, but clearly it's not there yet (it shows in the launcher list in steam, but the DLC is not owned so it remains greyed out) :

Edit: The option in the launcher will not appear until the servers are live. See https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/360020747800

This means that if you do not use Steam, you may have to wait until the servers go live before you get the option to download!

Edit Edit: Restarting the launcher has now caused to Launcher to update and Downloading is happening!!! Woooo!

Odd though... I now have Odyssey, Horizons and the base game ("Elite Dangerous") still listed. Thought the base game was gone at this point, it's Horizons or Odyssey?

Pretty sure yall just need to link your fdev account with your steam account and then you're good to go, the option just shows up in the launcher there isn't much else to let you know you have it.
