Please report back the result. I tried to clear IE cache, restart steam, check files integrity, start launcher directly from the game folder... No luck.
I can see the Odyssey option but the install button is greyed out.
Unlinking and Relinking Steam worked for me:
For some reason my ED:Horizon and Odyssey went into my external disk without problems (new PC still incoming through post, so, old warhorse, here we go once more...).
I do not see Odyssey in the launcher. I see Horizons but when I launch, I cannot connect to servers.
Had the same issue, try the option "Log out Machine" under Options in the launcher and reconnect with your steam acc, worked for me, hope it helps!
I had the same problem. Launcher showed Odyssey after linking Frontier account to steam here: https://www.frontierstore.net/frontier_partnerkeys/

Started in where I left off in Horizons. Soon as I entered the game I went through the On Foot Tutorial then lifted off as a passenger. Once disembarked I ended up at the menu log again now sitting in the station I was in during Horizons. All very smooth.....LOVE the new lighting! Not sure yet how to deal with the 1st person. The gun and tools seemed fine. Not bad....not ill....might be fine after time.
All in all....for me anyhoooo....very smooth. All working! Just tested disembark from my Cutter. Working!
Server still Okay for me. I am Arizona US.

I made it past Loading Game, but no server connected. Oh, and yeah, it seems I've been assigned an Orange Sidewinder.
I think technically OST isn't an "expansion" to the game, so they found a way to milk LEP holders
