He looks like an albinos. I think his entire childhood was a nightmare, where he was called "white snow" and kids made fun of him endlessly. He swore to take his revenge. Now, the kids that bullied him are part of the Kumo burger industry (right between the buns), and nobody would dare call it White Snow anymore.
