You need to go to the Missions Panel in Starport Services, then click on Community Goals panel in the top section.
I've got an issue I think :
No issue EDO users are restricted to waiting for the 2 week auto payment option...

That doesn't sound intentional. "Buy our DLC and lose the ability to collect CG rewards when GalNet says you can."
its been that way for the last 3 CGs for EDO users..
And no matter the updates you still have not got a button...
Horizons still exists and still supports manual button press... and none of the text has been altered for EDO an as posted above CGs are classed as ship only missions

You can still claim your reward by logging into Horizons and doing it there!

LOL, well if it works! Sign up and take part in the CG in Odyssey, then collect your reward in Horizons. Simples!but that would be a horizon user then...
I even logged into the base game last night because I was unable to get back to my ship while on planet and on very rough terrain. Back in orbit with SRV intact when I returned to Odyssey.

The global reward was the destruction of a faction and its replacement with another...
But there's never any insurance that f dev will actually do it as they were meant to last time and never did remove Jupiter...
That was it....
4 systems had the faction change...

The breakaway faction from Core Dynamics was unable to resist efforts by its parent company to recover ships and resources. Jupiter Division will soon be subsumed by Core Enterprises, a subsidiary of Core Dynamics.
Galnet stated that in time Core dynamics will replace the faction with a subdivision and that's it...

According to Inara, this has taken place. Core Enterprises has replaced Jupiter Division. They screwed up the placement of the home system and I would advise them to fix it quickly or we're gonna bury this new faction into the ground. https://inara.cz/minorfaction/78677/
