State of the Game

Here we only use "Yamicks" as official scale of temperature.

For instance the whining and white knighting in various forums here atm is about 11-12 Yamicks if I should guess.
I also found a rare photo of Yamiks' cat posting on the ED forum...

I feel totally blindsided by the return of the Offline Mode campaigns. I really never saw that one coming in the current upheaval. And I identify as a massive Offlinemoder back in the days, and didn't muster the will to launch the game until 6 months post-launch because of that bait-and-switch.

But, like, it was already a lost cause before the game launched folks, get up with the times!

Keeps you warm in the winter (I've heard that's a season some places in the world have), BBQs your steak, can be used for drawing and, if necessary, has ballistic properties too.
I thought you had experienced a full-on winter this year though, with snow and everything!

Its too hot now for me. I was pinning up (and tidying) some grape vines and felt like cheese under a grill.
Did someone say "cheese"? :)

One fav I saw that day was Kelvin-Helmholtz Clouds.

Another time my father in law took this Mamatus formation out his kitchen window. The colour is real and is not touched:

I honestly thought stuff was going down at that point. It was like a horror film.
I'm envious of those observations! I like atmospheric optics (and met) as you might have guessed from my avatar (which is me, or at least my Brocken spectre and Glory). I can't compete with the Mamatus, but I did get to see some fine Virga from my house on one occasion, and a rather nice cloudbow

I've got to venture out in a bit for my 2nd jab.
Just found out that it's the same place that injected Lorraine Kelly, Timmy Mallet and Shakin' Stevens. We'd make an excellent band.
Here's our the lead singer taking one for the team.
