State of the Game

I picture kumo burger making to be like really pretentious organic farmers ....only they're herding captured/poor people. They have video/photos of free range people and people playing together in pens ...showing how well they're treated before being milked, butchered, ground, juiced and processed into kumo burger sandwich components to be distributed across the sector.

Not all sciencey like.
Kumo Burger is an equal opportunities ethical free range meat acquisition company.

If they can't run or escape this is natures way of sorting things out, just with a helping hand and eleven herbs and spices.

Cat Meme Diplomacy

Sounds a bit off?

Odyssey Diplomacy !

State of my game. Departing the bubble I stop off at rocky world to drive around a little, no threats in area, one distress signal.
I land, jump in the SRV and drive to the distress beacon. Yep, there they are rescue pods. SRV gets hung on a rock. No worries, I hit the vertical thrusters. Nothing.
I try jostling around with the throttle/steering. Nothing. WTHeck I say. I climb down out of my ride look around. The SRV is about 2 feet off the ground. WTheck again. I try to climb back onboard. No option. I hit ESC to get to the 'Options' menu to reach the control to see if my keybinds changed from the update. Game menu will not open. I cannot board the SRV or exit the game. I finally resort to a reboot to get the game closed.

After reboot I log in and as suspected am in my ship in orbit. That finally allows me to get to the 'Options'. Sure enough my bindings are messed up, including no key for game menu. Swearing at the universe I fix the missing key, and now CAN'T reboard my SRV.

As a customer and player I'm left with one decision. Walk away for a month to see if somebody at FD can at least get what is suppose to work, working!

Later. I'll be on Pong.

Odyssey has taken the word 'diplomacy' and has stamped on it multiple times, put it through the shredder, set it alight, recomposited it, turned it into compost for a bowl of petunias whose only thought was "Oh no, not again!" Typically, it was more worried about the sperm whale also falling to the ground and wishing it was a cat meme instead!
