it's easy. 16 oz is 1lb 1lb is 1/14th of a stone 1 stone is like 6.25 kilograms. so 1 lb is .45 kilograms. it's all pretty simple.

Oh, I "discovered" lamb meat lately as BBQ thing .
I mean I always loved lamb in a restaurants, but somehow haven't tried to BBQ it myself.
When I finally did, I was as close to culinary (censored, climax) as it gets when I did more of these:

then I could eat. And I ate a lot....
I love how aromatic and juicy this meat is.
