Can you tell us if Smear Campaigns are in game yet? Anyone find one with the update?

Let us know how it goes - I don't think I've heard of anywhere apart from Chon with that drop rate, but anywhere in an Anarchy system can work I believe.

Edit: Pretty sure at least one of mine was from an Anarchy faction as it wasn't illegal, as you say.

Yeah, there tends to be an Administrator who tells you to stay away - I don't think they sell many drinks :)

For a comparison to LHS 1541 - I visited all the Tourist places in Toolfa (it is crazy - something like 40+ Tourist places). Zero interesting drops. ofc not an Anarchy, but certainly seems there is a rule to where SCP can drop - which I haven't noticed for anything else (yet).

Edit: 5 in total second run, 4 in total first run. This one's going in my stealth engineering guide :D

Yes, it's not illegal in anarchy settlements because nothing is illegal there.

Looking in 69 G. Carinae (another large population Anarchy like LHS 1541) - first Tourist base Dawkes's Sanctuary had a couple of SCP at easy access points. Whereas I tried the largest Anarchy yesterday (Grebegus) yesterday and never spotted a single SCP. Fun stuff!

Just found 2 SCP in Iah Bulu > Tavernier Agricultural Farm (Anarchy system > Democracy Settlement).
And also 1 next to it in Hakimi Nutrition Biome. Both are really easy as they are the 3 HABs in a triangle.

Of course I was looking for my last Financial Projections, as I've already unlocked Yarden Bond. It's like the game knows what you're looking for and offers up whatever you were looking for previously.

Edit: added Hakimi as it's right next door on the same planet.
