Haven't we all screamed that at call centre tech support after they ask us to factory reset our router for the 14th time in a row when we know the problem is on their end?
Nah.

I usually go "that's alright, y'all, I'll just pop down by the office on my way to the range and discuss it with y'all in person."

And then they start fixing my issue.
