State of the Game

Having scoured the forum* for a useful** guide, I gave up*** and made my own, I give you (dramatic drum roll):

The simple was to complete a "covert" mission, in Odyssey! (The sort where alarms going off fails)
Equip dom suit and your favourite guns.
Follow NPC into command centre or other known place with Alarm Control Panel. (learned from past experience, when doing restore missions)
Introduce said NPC to "Angry Munkey" overcharge. Steal Identity form body.
Disable alarms from panel.
Dispose of all remaining NPCs at your leisure.
Loot all containers, lockers & cabinets - listening intently for dropship noises, just in case.
Steal all data
Shutdown PWR and steal Power Regulator
Visit local Anarchy controlled station / installation and pay off bounty
Hand in successful covert mission
PROFIT!

* a quick glimpse is "scoured" enough, obvs.
** I'm not sure what this word means, but it sounds authorative.
*** I didn't actually bother in the first instance.

Yes, well, that's all well and good but with the State of the Game the best I can hope for is 6 frames per minute on my Cray Exascale with planets which look like my ex's suet dumplings, NPCs with the intelligence of cray-fish and the complete lack of VR support meaning that I am forced, forced I say, to play NMS or Tiddlywinks until 3 in the morning, crying into a rather agreeable Appissimento whilst explaining to my lurcher that my Lord and Saviour David of the Braben hath forsaken me...

He looks at me with those slightly mad blue eyes, and I can see he understands...

The real question is, how long before Hello Games release a tiddlywinks update for No Man's Sky?
well, there's certainly no point in waiting for the lazy good-for-nothing coders at Frontier to drag themselves away from their beds and implement in-station tiddlywinks tables in EDO... which is ridiculous because everybody knows that at least 94% of the players have been clamouring for in-game tiddlywinks for months and that true immmerrrrshunnn is impossible without station based tiddlywinks with realistic tiddlywink flippage...
