Aside from the 'making out with your sister' bit, obvs.but the whole star wars good vs evil thing is very puritanical christian-like in nature. With the bad being associated with everything "fun" and the good being all chaste and modest and dogmatic (puritanical).

So yea, the evil will always be portrayed as sexy (especially the females) in star wars. Because their entire premise is very shallow at it's core.
