Its the only zoo where the animals know the humans are the real captives. That, and people never come out.....and that burgers are succulent and plentiful all the time.

Particularly in VR, EDH is the most visually stunning, immersive (ahhhhhrgghh! THAT word...
) space game I have ever played, and probably only second to Alyx Half Life overall. Ship handling is amazing, the sound is uber-cool and never gets boring, and I never get bored of watching a core-mined asteroid blow up in VR. Watching sunrise from a moon is awesome, and the first time I came across Thargoids I still remember as being the most goose-bumpy experience in a VR game...Release one into a ground CZ for some real fun.
Or, possibly, a charred lump of therapod meat. Can we fit it with a shield??

Adding a lame FPS to the game without content was a waste of programmers resources, on the other hand, we now have an "instant game" ... just add contents (and better performance of course)

A Mouse Bird and Penguin organized their wedding where there carriage was a swan, they bought a dog, then a skunks and a beaver to keep the child entertained.
as the moon rose and the plants were dark under the starts the boy grew up and cycled and surfed before winning a gold medal for painting, they then moved house, and build a rollercoaster and a marquee before a giant magnet killed them all.

2000AD! God, I'd love to be able to draw like those guys.... 
I always wanted Frontier to take notes from 2000AD for its lore. I'd kill for general life to be like in the Mega cities in ED.
