I will try really hard to be positive.
Good news, it seems AMD FSR does lower your GPU usage a little bit, at ultra quality is not horrible. But you can see the visual diference between native and FSR (Edges, text, etc.)
Bad news, disable FSR and everything is the same as it used to be.
The frame drops are still massive with and without FSR, 1% low sometimes falling below half of the avg FPS, and .1% low going to the 1 digit territory (specially inside bases and startports).
Just in case someone wondering same setup as with Horizon, 1440p, ultra quality settings (R5 3600, 16GB DDR4 3200, RTX 2070-latest driver) .
Adding AMD FSR is the first step in the right direction I see since Odyssey launch (its been more than 2 months now).
But unless developers fix the game engine performance this wont really get better.
