All being told I'd probably do a small one because going big takes a long time- I mean I'd have all the bits to hand (this is why its taken so long with the Asp) but frankly.....I'd make something totally different just to stop the voices.

Stop buying at supermarkets? My local butcher (who also makes excellent sausages) will cut rashers however the customer wants, including leaving rind on, and is always busy!
