Happy Pat Butcher Week!

Zac's on his hols - I wonder who will do the weekly schedule? Looking forward to all the insights in Dev Update 4 - will it concentrate on 'how we plan to fix patch 7', or 'how we plan to fix odyssey', or 'open only vr powerplay interiors'*?

* if they want to really distract ppl they should probably go for that :)
Perhaps they will invite all of the posters who claim to be AAA devs and consider FDEV less than competent to come along and demonstrate their amazing coding prowess?
That would be proper fun! :ROFLMAO:

Apparently a lot of people think they could spot all the bugs in the game in less than a day - sounds like we should have that as the next CG. For every bug they miss they get banned from the game for a day 😈

Or organise a series of PvP events where you have teams fighting for features to be updated. Two issues enter! One update is done!

Well, if they wanted to take a leaf out of CRobert's playbook, they could also divert attention by floating an off-line mode with tools for easy modding. Simplez.

That was kind of my point. But even local butchers don't always stock it. I've got into the habit of dropping into any farm shop or butcher I happen to go past just in case. :D
When I lived in the North-East for a few years (30-something years back) there was a 'proper' farm shop (everything sold was produced from farm stock - even flour used for pies!) literally at the top of the hill from where I lived, they had sausages and home-cured bacon the likes of which I have never found again... (their pies were a delight too!)

But it isn't. Humans have been eating it for literally thousands of years.
It was said in jest, but:

the human body developed in a survival mode where it will store whatever it can 'just in case'. Eating too much fat these days is bad because we simply don't excercise as much as we used to / run away from animals like we did so long ago- we eat the fats and carbs, the body dutifully files that fat in the COVID loo roll / petrol jerry can adiposal tissue store.

Today people who eat too much fat get fat which has led to a pancreatic explosion of beetus, heart disease etc. I know its not as simple as this but for most people eating too much good stuff thats yummy and fatty (not to mention yellow) is bad.
