You're on to something. At first I thought the cipher could be 87 - Theta Seven, but it doesn't seem to work. I'm almost sure the key lies in the logs found at Serene Harbor. Yes, Serene Harbour in R CrA Sector AF-A d42, body 3 b, where they got the name "Theta Group". After they got broken out, Theta Seven adopted his prisoner designation and uses it henceforth
