Are there bugs in this franchise ?Elite is far from their biggest money maker. The whole roller coaster franchise is way more profitable.
Are there bugs in this franchise ?I think Jurassic World was actually their most profitable (biggest) game... Stuart GT posted about their financial results

I'm mainly a funds man myself, with a couple of direct share ownerships here and there. I'm ready to 'buy the dip' when/if certain opportunities present themselves, but every time I even consider buying shares in FDEV I just think of the Odyssey debacle and think "I don't trust them to deliver."Just for anyone even a little considering FDEV stock, never, ever look at just the short term perspectus. Anything publicly traded will have history you can find with Google.
Based on the 5 year, I wish I'd known to buy four years ago. Then again I rarely trade single company stocks.

I think he's arguing that 2021 is a good time to invest because they are at a relative low, and are projected to go up once the public forgets about EDO.I'm mainly a funds man myself, with a couple of direct share ownerships here and there. I won't forget EDO. That for me is a failure at a project management level, a complete misreading of what their customers asked for.I think he's arguing that 2021 is a good time to invest because they are at a relative low, and are projected to go up once the public forgets about EDO.

Agreed it is a complete misreading. However their Chief "Creative" Officer has said he doesn't give a rat's about ED (mocking Braben during FX17 as "the only one of us interested in space") so I can't see that breeding a positive culture towards it.I won't forget EDO. If they can do that with EDO then I have little trust they won't do that with F1 or Warhammer.
I did invest when FDEV first launched on the AIM and I've just dumped the lot.... so from my perspective it's a case of 'blow-you-Jack-I'm-alright'. My sell decision (thru broker) was entirely sparked by the mis-launch of Odyssey and just where 'I' thought things are headed.Just for anyone even a little considering FDEV stock, never, ever look at just the short term perspectus.
