Obviously not misleading? Fdev? no... obviously not. They wouldn't say one thing and do another to sell the game. Nope.
I dont doubt the asa complaint wont go anywhere...but it might be something to piggy back on complaining to other places like steam that may have different rules and come to different conclusions.... either way it serves to annoy fdev which is probably the only point in the complaint anyway.

Once again, using entirely wrong words. Markers and pens tend to be as distinct and different as pens and pencils are.

Why would i want to send complaints to any business to annoy them? I barely ever take the effort to submit poor reviews of businesses that deserve it when those reviews actually matter. The effort to annoy a company that doesn't benefit me at all is usually not 0, and so not really attractive.

complaining about fdev and elite dangerous is what the forum is for.
getting third parties involved is just a level of effort not worth my time. But if you're gonna get a third party involved, your argument to dismiss the validity of such a thing has to rely on something other than "fdev is obviously not misleading" ...or that they have better things to do like fix the game when needing to fix the game is effectively why the complaint exists (at least the less obviously misleading way).

I've heard more exciting posts from a mute toad. That happened to be dead. And mummified.
Drug fueled trips would be more exciting than a forum post i'd imagine. But really you should probably stick to licking live toads ...for at least a bit of concern over diseases. Even if it seems to be a moot point at this stage.
