Description
Salvation requires vital materials to deploy an anti-xeno superweapon in the Maia system.​

A message was transmitted from the Musashi megaship by its new commanding officer, Commodore Morag Halloran:​
The Thargoids have invaded three key systems, as Salvation anticipated. Preparations have been made to halt their advance in Maia, Merope and Delphi, but there is an urgent requirement to collect classified experimental equipment from the Heart of Taurus in the Qarato system.
Pilots must then deliver these shipments to the megaship Bright Sentinel in the Maia system in preparation of the superweapon's activation.
It is crucial that all deliveries are made by early on Tuesday the 14th of December. Without these components, Salvation’s superweapon will be not be able to affect enough Thargoid vessels to turn the tide.

As a reward for this support, the top 75% of contributors will receive two pre-engineered, fixed mount Class 1 Plasma Chargers with increased damage, armour piercing, clip size and projectile speed, but increased power draw and thermal load. These will be placed in storage at the Bright Sentinel by the 18th of December 3307.​

The initiative begins on the 9th of December 3307 and will run until the 14th of December.​
​
To earn rewards, you must sign up as an active participant before delivering Classified Experimental Equipment to the Bright Sentinel in the Maia system.​
​
Be aware that faction-state changes and other disruptive events can negatively impact markets and station services, and could prevent the initiative from running smoothly.​

  • Bright Sentinel is orbiting planet A 1
  • Qarato to Maia is around 385 Ly
  • Classified Experimental Equipment are a rare good, current allocation is 20T
  • Megaship services: Commodities Market, Outfitting, Repair, Restock, Refuel, Tech Broker, Social Space

Destroy the rares! Salvation must not deploy this weapon.
I have deployed a Meta Alloy carrier in the Merope system called "Selling MA's for Thargs" which has a plentyful supply of MA's for those who want to feed Thargoids.

The California sector is proof that we can coexist with the Thargoids. Its not too late for compassion. Upon Arrival in the system you will be greeted by an alternate message.

For the weapon to work - they must have access to the Thargoid network.

We've begun mobilising already just like last time for 'Dump The Medicine', Salvation cannot be allowed to deploy his mass murder weapon against the Thargoids in their own systems. We occupy them, we do not own them. We are the invaders.

Time to blockade some more pads and destroy some more cargo!

These nebulae belong to the Thargoids. Aegis's invasion of them was the cause of many of the following attacks, during which Aegis shrugged their shoulders and demanded that independent pilots clean up their mess while they profited from the bloodshed.

This is not the path for Salvation.

Support the secret additional CG instead!

FYI, occasionally there will be none of the "Classified Experimental Equipment" available for purchase in the market. A relog fixes it.

Edit: NVM...relog doesn't fix. Have to wait till the market refresh every 10 minutes. Yeah, this CG is destined to fail.

Do you know if you have to get that message to participate? I'm a goid hunter but not sure I trust salvation so gaining this knowledge seems a wise thing to do.

Edit: NVM...no message necessary. Just show up at the station and join. Reward is 4 class 3 turreted AX missile racks...so not great.

Not ingame atm but are we looking at around 500,000t per CG to complete them?

Last weeks rares CG only hit 1.2 million and that was with increased allocations due to boom states.

I'm personally hoping to help Ram Tah, even though it might mean sacrificing the 3 listed systems to the Goids.

The worry here is the community all pulls in a different direction and none of the CG's complete.

Well, after spending a few hours gathering and delivering only 160 of these, I can safely say this CG is a monumental waste of time and none of them are likely to complete. I might feel differently if the supply at the megaship didn't constantly deplete forcing me to wait until the next market refresh and/or the allotment was increased from 20 to something a bit more sane like 200 or more but I doubt they will so I'm out.

That delivery put me into the top 10 commanders, btw. :ROFLMAO:
