I have one and I love it. The perfect ship for SSD mining, but I have no idea what else to do with it. I even have a second one that I want to test for combat capability at some point. It won't be easy, as it's actually much too slow for a small ship (but quite agile and with excellent cargo capacity). But that aside, I wouldn't mind if everyone had access to this ship. Just be prepared for a massive whining storm on the forums if that ever happens. It's not exactly a beginner's ship, and I'm afraid that if it were to be released without any barriers, a lot of new players with completely false expectations would jump on it and be disappointed very quickly.

It's a crying shame that there are no size 4 enhanced thrusters, not only because of the Cobra IV. As for outrage, sure a few people would complain very loudly. They'd still drown in the cheers of the crowd.

I have many and they are all glorious!

If you don't have access to it you are not missing out as the C3 or V4 make great small ship substitutes with only very minor fitting compromises.

My requirement of the Mk 4 is purely ceremonial. I know what i want to do with it. It would be fun to experiment to find it's good points, like some of you have done.
I just want one. I'm willing to pay for it, if i have to.

Apart from announcing a delay in releasing update 11, FD have posted virtually nothing wrt Elite Dangerous in a yonk and a quarter, it appears some sort of embargo is in place.

As for the Quattro, this request comes up very regularly and has never produced any response from a member of FD as far as I can recall. It was promised as a limited exclusive enticement (reward) and I would suggest you not hold your breath waiting to get one.

I did not even realise my being able to have one was a 'special' thing. For me they were too slow and not good enough at trade, so i passed over them on route to the AspX and now a Krait MkII (after a short stint in a Phantom). I'd have no issues if they were available for everyone at some point, i mean the more ship choices we all have the better fun right

They said it wont come to PS4. And presumably to anyone else that didnt qualify to get it.

im one of those cmdrs who are bored flying just the big 3 // and i bought beyond back in the days as a dlc just was abit to late ( still bought it for the same prize ....)
i hope they change minde like how tehy did back in the days when they decide to release dlc´s for the game even when tehy told 2014 all upcomming content will be in the original gameversion ( no to be bought content DLC´s will come )
