Not sure where you got this. We only have two species of gibbon in New Zealand - the pair of white-cheeked gibbons at Wellington Zoo and the siamangs in literally every other zoo. No lar gibbons here.

Their male may have died recently, but i dont know about that part.

Hmm, tough. Since the NAAP, I haven't had any animals I really, really want.
If I had to choose, the thylacine, but that's extinct (hoping Prehistoric Kingdom adds them).
So, I guess I'll go with my favorite extant animal:
The beautiful North American gray fox, a canid that can climb trees.
But it was hard. Maned wolf, tanuki, and basically every other animal I want. But if I had to choose, it'd be this guy
