I'm not happy with the graphics settings in there. I can see repeating tiling patterns, in at least three places on the right.

And that's not mentioning the issue of how washed out the reds are.

I feel like someone has smashed my dreams of a bunny suit, as was parodied in the Shakespearean tragedy, by pushing Humpty Dumpty off the wall.

All jokes aside, I just find that new suit fun and cool, and I'm very happy to support the game by dropping a few €s every couple of months. For all the talk of doom etc, one thing is for sure: Elite stops when the money stops.

Absolutely, I dont think this can be stated enough. If FDev stop making a profit through EDO then resources will be transfered to other developments and the we will be left with servers with the occasional critical bug fix. [I believe that there's enough hard core players who will keep the game going that FDev wont bin the game for a few more years yet]

lol what ? It was in the store yesterday ?? I thought it was like an easter discount, or something like that and shopped it for 20,99 € for an alt commander.
But I didn't check the store today before I posted it here, sorry for that !

Oh and I'm from Germany (so nothing "exotic"... ymmv though... ) but I don't think this does matter in this case.


Edit/P.S.: btw I noticed that it was discounted on Steam and made the usual lookup on Frontiers store as my alt Cmdr is directly from Frontier and doesn't benfit from a Steam discount. So I was more than happily surprised to see it discounted there, too and took the occasion.
