The AX CG went from 95 to 550 to 1000b.

If they didn't increase the goal the first time it would have been finished in less than a day. Then they increased it again and it still finished more than a day early.
Lack of participation doesn't mean people are going to miss out, so there's no reason for them to make any adjustments.
In this case because of a 3rd time repeat, it would make sense to lower it, since it's not excatly a very popular one, and people are counting to 4 in Binary on their hands when reading it.

Delivered 275 last night... I really want this particular paintjob for my AX Krait mk.II Invaders Must Die and though I wanted the black & white/silver ones, I didn't want to spend the time traveling & grinding for 'em.
Serendipitously, work this week has been hell and my nightly gaming friends group are all out on vacations, so I popped over to an ancient site, found myself a nice parking spot, and zipped around in my SRV chilling out to some fun funky music for a bit across 2 evenings. Got into a groove where I could scoop up 9 artifacts and relog in 5 minutes flat.
Parked my fleet carrier 1 jump away from HIPpa-hippa and got hyperdicted the first 2 of 3 times I made my cargo hauls to Bright Sentinel. FA off boosting to outrun those Interceptors before they could scan me, they lost interest and jumped out before I even had power restored to my ship. My plan learned from solo'ing Cyclopses worked!
I don't care if I stay in Top 25% as long as it ends while I'm at least Top 75%. =)

I have to say, if anyone at FD is reading, three weeks of this in a row is too much. I've only just worked up the enthusiasm to get started this time, and it ends tomorrow. Serious burnout.

The CG player turn out is not that far down.. 1,358 vs 1,665..Vs 2,062.
A lot of people still want a Blue paint...
354,797/550,000 Vs 409,369/550,000 vs 465,668/550,000...
Blue is already available in the store, it can't be a "CG exclusive" reward.

You will have to hit the complete button at the CG station to claim the Paint after CG ends...
