Well, Azimuth paid me 500mil for second hand gallite. Not complaining. It was a nice test to see how my new FC is changing opportunities for making money. Topped off the FC wallet with it, which will now keep it online for more than a year. Now I understand why there are some many FCs everywhere.

nope still only 4...
I can't approach Glorious Prospect right now. Every time I approach the ringed planet is no longer there and I get dropped out of super cruise with module damage because i have impacted the suddenly appearing rings of the planet. Had to reboot and use night vision to navigate to the mega ship. Weird.

If you dropped out into the rings very close to the megaship, the angle towards the ship from the ring will be too shallow and you immediately hit the exclusion zone of the ring again. You will then need to supercruise away from the rings first before you can swing over to the megaship without dropping out again. Also make sure you leave the ring on the side where the megaship is located.
This can be circumvented. As long you have limpets in your hold, the ship will sell you new ones. If you have zeto in your hold, just synthesize some and buy the rest.
I was confused by you post because I always had some limpets in my hold when I sold the mined stuff and the ship would sell me new limpets.
A couple of minutes I tried with zero limpets and it worked.
Dunno if it's just this megahip or if it will work elsewhere too.

that is strange. there were 6 showing in my game. I am in Odyssey is it possible horizons has not updated?
I could do with knowing what is going on actually. if it's 4 tiers and likely to end I am only a gnats pube off getting in the top 25%. I didn't bother as I figured by the end of the CG if running all week that would have gone up a lot more.
Nope API is global.. And viiewable out side game more like EDO is broken... Or you are looking at the wrong CG... as old sirius CG had 6 tier,,,

Ah, I see what the bug is.
If you view the CGs in your left transaction panel in EDO and open the Azimuth CG, it correctly shows as 4 tiers.
If you open the Sirius CG, it correctly shows as 6 tiers.
If you open the Sirius CG and then open the Azimuth CG, the tiers get weirdly overlaid and you see Azimuth as having tiers 1, 2, 3, 5 and 64. (Though the progress bar does give the % complete correctly)
(Mission board display works fine)
That's a sufficiently obscure bug that it probably can't be reported to Frontier, so we'll just have to remember it's there.

Did you mine the Gallite or buy it? This is a mining CG and the text clearly says that only MINED ores will count:My contribution to the CG doesnt show up. I have delivered 3000 units of Galiite yet it shows my contribution as ZERO

Yes the CG has finished, but your contribution would not have counted anyway as it was not MINED. Emphasis in quoted text is mine.
Osmium can't be bought so I guess he mined it?
Too bad the CG is already over.
Perhaps FDev should not have set the profit margin so high, especially with osmium, or should have set the required amount significantly higher. So many probably didn't manage to take part in the CG and thus secure permanent access to Mbooni. I hope for others who don't have access yet, the FDev. there is still something to deliver.
Otherwise this "mining CG" would have been nice and relaxing.
At least I had fun. It was just a shame that it was already clear on Friday that this CG would not survive the weekend.
