Summary
System: Cemiess
Station: Mackenzie Relay (Coriolis starport, large pads available, 581 Ls from main star, 127.26 Ly from Sol)
Objective: Hand in Bounty Vouchers for Lavigny's Legion
Time limit: 29th September 3308 @ 06:00 UTC

Description
A fundraiser hosted by Princess Aisling aims to finance a support network for Imperial citizens affected by Thargoid aggression.
The Citizens’ Relief Trust has been established in the Cemiess system, prompted by the loss of thousands of military personnel during the Battle of HIP 22460. She announced:
While the Empire is focused on increasing its military strength, we must not forget the human cost of ongoing conflict with the Thargoids. Those who died in battle will be honoured by assisting the families and dependants left to mourn them. The Citizens’ Relief Trust plans to establish support centres to ensure their financial and emotional needs are met.

To raise funding, I have requested deliveries of luxury commodities to be auctioned or sold at a special gala I plan to host for Imperial nobility, with all proceeds used to establish this network.
At special request from Princess Aisling, Lavigny’s Legion has been tasked with protecting those who are transporting these valuable cargos. Bounty Vouchers will be reimbursed for all wanted ships that are destroyed in the system, and can be delivered to Mackenzie Relay starport in the Cemiess system.
The top 75% of contributors will also receive the Python Predator Teal paint job.
The campaign begins on 22nd of September 3308 and will run for one week. If the final target is met earlier than planned, the campaign will end immediately.
Notes:
  • Mackenzie Relay is orbiting planet Emerald
  • Station services: Commodities Market, Shipyard, Outfitting, Repair, Restock, Refuel, Social Space

Cemiess has a compromised nav beacon [Odyssey/H4.0], so this will be a good place to hunt until it changes back. No RES, though.

Installations in Cemiess spawning pirate attack scenarios:
LTT 9810 I Alcatraz-class Reformatory
VEQ-048 Sagan-class Traveller
Celestial Surveillance Hub - not owned by Lavigny's Legion, but it's lawless, so it works with a KWS. You may prefer it if you tend to accidentally shoot installations.

For some extra money (not CG credit), missions targeting Cemiess should be available from Vequess.

Other nearby systems owned by LL with Comp Nav Beacon or Hazardous RES:

Aymifa, 25 Ly: RES
Ngun, 31 Ly: RES
Murus, 34 Ly: RES
Aerial, 39 Ly: CNB
Carthage, 39 Ly: RES
LTT 1572, 42 Ly: RES

My bounty spot finder now includes faction info and can be used to search in cases like this.

If someone wants to check installations for attack scenarios, that would be helpful. I won't be able to soon
Also note that Lavigny's Legion control multiple other local systems so bounty vouchers earned there will also count towards this CG

But that contradicts this line "Bounty Vouchers will be reimbursed for all wanted ships that are destroyed in the system"

It does, but Kietrax is right; and that's how this has always worked. As far as I know, the game does not have a way to separate vouchers based on source system, only issuing faction. (Unlike goods, which have a price and/or mined tag, which lets them only accept mined goods for mining CGs). So any bounty issued by LL in any system you can get them will work for CG credit.

Extra note: unless Frontier have specifically enabled it, not even all bounties collected in-system will count. If you're very close to e.g. Metcalf Orbital then the local jurisdiction is Cemiess Imperial Society, and they rather than LL will issue the vouchers, which you can hand in and be paid but not get CG credit for at Mackenzie Relay. Similarly if you use a KWS to pick up an extra Imperial Society voucher from a ship wanted in LL's jurisdiction.

jurisdiction for a station is 1mm
you pretty much have to be circling a station intentionally to collect bounties that way.

I would recommend NOT using a KWS, no reason to upset the BGS too is there?

So, when Nav beacon depletes, guess we go to EDDB, Systems, Minor Faction: Lavigny's Legion + Presence: Controlling and that's where new valid bonds can be acquired?
Atm the nearest are Vequess and Nu.

This is my first BH CG since switching to PC and my word are those HazRes's a lot more hectic than on consoles :ROFLMAO:

After my first trip to Mackenzie Relay to hand in my bounties I'm straight into the Top 10%.
Can't wait to get stuck back in tomorrow and try to squeeze in the Top 10 Commanders.
It's good to be back

Speaking of, I need to get back to the Bubble! I might go ahead and use my Stargate to fast-travel back. My copilot can fly my explora-Orca home, though I'm sure she'll charge me a year's wage to do so.

Anyone still playing in 3.8, or has everyone moved to 4.0?

Just dont spoil it by looking on inara for the Kill values needed the 10% value is low...
Think people are holding on to the values as its only "Weak pirate ships" lol not combat zone kills...

LTT 9810 I Alcatraz-class Reformatory and VEQ-048 Sagan-class Traveller are owned by LL and are generating pirate attack scenarios
Celestial Surveillance Hub is as well, but it's lawless so KWS required. I got 9m from one scenario there. You may prefer it if you tend to accidentally shoot installations.
