The care packages can be a long list of 100-200 items. You have to click on each one. So they should stack or add a "select all" option.

Why would Commanders with Billions of Credits and a Fleet of Ships need Care packages anyway? Just something Hot from the Soup Kitchen would do.

Powerplay care packages are also a decent way of gathering on-foot mats.

I have so many care packages I can't claim that the game client literally locks up when I pull up the Care Packages menu. It's really absurd that this has been known forever and they don't care to fix it.

It eliminates the problem of having more packages than the system can deal with. Eliminating the problem of stuck and inaccessible packages is surely a little helpful. I never actually claimed it was helpful just that it was a better idea than my earlier one of care packages having a lifespan.

I dumped my assets onto my FC and then made the rounds to the material traders to ensure nothing was maxed out. Took a bit of time but my care packages have all been cleared. :)

Does it lock up forever, or does it just take several minutes to load up everything from the server? But yeah, either way it's bad and ought to be fixed. Meanwhile, remember to collect your care packages before there are hundreds of them. :)

Fixing bugs isn't really a Frontier thing. I don't expect to be able to access my care packages ever again.

IMHO once a player gets to 100 rank with a power, care packages should be removed. For me, they are just an annoyance that I have to keep clearing out at material traders.
