Crime and punishment system is a joke. Needs sorting Fdev!

100% convinced this continues to be a bug, because of the bug with bounty vouchers that got introduced at the same time, in a classic case of conflation between bounties (rewards from killing pirates) and bounties (penalties from crime. We went from: bounty vouchers only able to be claimed...

OMG, look at that cheeky bedtable! Love the checkered floor. I have also used the colour options much more. I also love the random jerrycans in the field. The only thing that can purify mind and soul is fire. Shotgun, good! Babies, very good. Colour experiments in the barracks - I endorse...

What about NPC SRVs and AT soldiers firing Karma L6 at yours?

I suspected something like you said, SRVs driven by NPCs constantly getting stuck. Would have loved to see them coded so they only stay not too close from buildings and so on, like patrolling the ringroad if that makes sense. While on foot inside of buildings, you'd be able to hide from them and...

Now you got me curious, what does that say? That I am not interested in PvP? I think that's not a secret. But good on you that you found that out. Next you'll tell me again that I am a less worthy player than you. I assume most of the CMDRs you kill don't PvP either. And that's probably not that...

That's unusual, then, and probably a rare bug - I've never seen anyone other than Power-aligned ships in the initial appearance of a "Power ..." signal source, and only later if the battle has been going a very long time and the system authority ships have shown up to see what's happening. In...

    Outfitting - Ship Presets

Yeah, having ships need a transfer time but modules just use a loadout system that's assumed to be available everywhere would solve a hell of a lot of grind while still imposing a logistical barrier to the ol' "just fly there in a taxi ship then hop into your FDL" worries (even if that barrier...

Thargoid invasion - Next target systems?

Yes, agree. At one point when we were trying out new builds my buddy and I had a little dogfight, and I'd say that roughly each Shard hit on a Krait takes away about 1% hull. Not a big deal if it happens accidentally in the heat of battle.

A fully turreted Challenger? Man, you're killing that ship. That 47.8 DPS you presently have isn't going to do a great deal once you start facing stiffer competition. Put regular gimballed guns on it and your DPS will literally double. At least. The Challenger is so maneuverable that it's easy...

Well, we don't appear to be being detected, at least the Interceptors and Scouts aren't reacting to us even remotely as much as when we're hot. I assume if they did detect us, they'd attack. They're not attacking, so I assume they haven't. Now, sure, if there are other players or AI pilots...

Thats not in question- the issue is that they don't affect your run like a capable NPC does (say Spec Ops) or another player who can strike at any time after you take off. The NPCs work to the same rules for everyone. Sec, NFZs, dropzones, PP NPC pirates, adjusters- the timings are the same...

As others have said, picking up an 100c unpayable fine, is actually a 20mil + fine as you will have to leave the AX CZ, which then resets, kill the friendly fire flag or activate the ports contacts, an easy fix.

Crime and punishment system is a joke. Needs sorting Fdev!

AX CZs always have system ships which take offense (via fines and bounties) to being shot. When we do large group fights, other players are always reminded to disable crimes because otherwise friendly fire causes infractions.
