My idiot pilot dont shoot thargoids or any idiot NPC, i don know why but are a big

I understand this is something that has been up before but this is something I feel should be in the game. while both arguments for and against have valid points I feel the balance is fairly easy to maintain while making minimal changes and to those who are worried about balance I will provide...
